It is of the utmost importance to us that you, the customer, are satisfied that what you get is what you asked for. Therefore, the more information we can gather about the surroundings that the prop is to be used in, the better our idea of how it's going to be used and therefore we can advise and supply the right prop for you. e.g. If you request a VCR that needs to be operated by an actor in a 1974 period drama, we wont supply you with a 1982 Sony C7 Betamax machine, but a 1972 Philips N1500 with two years wear and tear.
